Nexus. THE 1O1 Hotels and Resorts once again demonstrate excellence at the ASEAN Tourism Award 2024. Four hotels under PHM Hotels, namely THE HAVEN Bali Seminyak, THE 1O1 Bali Fontana Seminyak, THE 1O1 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa, and THE 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu, have been honored with nomination certificates in the ASEAN Green Hotel Award category. The awards were presented by Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno, during The Weekly Brief with Sandi Uno event at Sapta Pesona Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
The ASEAN Tourism Award (ATA) stands as a beacon of recognition within the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2024. Collaborating with esteemed partners including the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) and the Indonesia Congress and Convention Association (INCCA), the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy played a pivotal role in nominating candidates for the esteemed ASEAN Green Hotel Award 2024, alongside the ASEAN MICE Venue Award 2024.

THE 1O1 Hotels & Resorts had previously earned EDGE certification as a Green Building, a program initiated by the World Bank since 2017. Two hotels, THE 1O1 Yogyakarta Tugu and THE 1O1 Bogor Suryakancana, have successfully become environmentally friendly establishments with energy savings of up to 63%.
